  • Shipping & Fulfillment: You’re responsible for shipping items to buyers promptly and as described in your listings.
  • Comply with Laws: Ensure your listings adhere to all relevant laws, including those regarding taxes and prohibited items.
  • Good Communication: Respond to buyer inquiries and resolve any disputes in a timely and professional manner.

2. Content Ownership and Licensing

The content you upload, such as images, descriptions, and logos, remains your property. However, by posting it on MetaReef.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute your listing content for promotional, commercial, and other purposes in connection with the marketplace and beyond.

You confirm that you own the rights to all content you upload and that your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Fees and Payments

Currently, MetaReef.com does not charge any fees for listing or selling items on the platform. In the future, we may introduce transaction fees, membership plans, or other costs, and we will notify you in advance before these changes go into effect.

You are responsible for managing taxes on your sales and ensuring that you comply with your jurisdiction’s tax laws.

4. Prohibited Items

While we strive to maintain a diverse marketplace, certain items are not allowed on MetaReef.com . These include, but are not limited to, items that are illegal, harmful, unsafe, or violate intellectual property rights. As a seller, you are responsible for ensuring that your listings comply with all applicable laws and our policies.

We reserve the right to remove any listings that we deem inappropriate or in violation of our standards.

5. Resolving Disputes

We encourage open communication between buyers and sellers to resolve any disputes. If issues arise, both parties should aim to resolve them amicably. In certain cases, MetaReef.com may intervene to help mediate, but we do not guarantee outcomes.

6. Termination of Accounts

MetaReef.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if we determine that you have violated this Seller’s Policy or any other platform policies. Account suspension may result in removal of listings and loss of any associated data.

7. Changes to the Seller’s Policy

We may update this Seller’s Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and continuing to use the platform after changes go into effect signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
