Acropora requires high lighting and medium to strong water flow to thrive. They depend heavily on photosynthesis through their symbiotic zooxanthellae, so adequate lighting is essential to keep them healthy and colorful. Regular feedings of fine plankton or coral foods can also help support their growth and vitality.

While peaceful, Acropora corals are sensitive to water quality and nutrient levels. They prefer stable water parameters and should be placed in an area of the tank with good flow and lighting to prevent any stress or bleaching.
