We keep our plates growing under Reef Brite XHO  LED’s and ATI Blue Plus T5’s, nutrition is provided by Polyplab Reef Roids.  Plates thrive in nutrient rich environments with detectable PO4, NO3, and a DKH of 8(many corals will respond poorly to high DKH, please take that into consideration).  It is our experience that most plates do best in low light(less than 75 PAR).  2" WYSIWYG
