The Hypo Tango Favia is a must have Aquacultured Favia! Perfect for any Favia/LPS collectors, or reefers looking for something with unique coloration. What makes this Favia so special is its rainbow coloration that slowly creeps outward! An aqua and neon green center eye start off, that blends into a yellow and orange, which turns to red and purple, with a final vibrant blue trim! Just about every color possible is in this Favia!
This Favia will quickly encrust down onto the frag plug or rock work it is placed on as it begins to grow outward and compete for space. Be mindful when placing this Favia, as they can be aggressive towards other close, nearby corals. The Hypo Tango Favia looks incredible under a wide spectrum of lighting, but hits another level of color when viewed under blue lights!
Keeping its stunning colors is no problem, as it gains all the nutrients it needs when placed in standard, moderate lighting and flow. However, the occasional spot feeding of finer meaty foods like mysis and brine shrimp can be beneficial. The Hypo Tango is a very unique, and highly sought after Favia, that won’t have trouble standing out in your tank as it grows!
