DEATH ROW CONVICT Chalice Frag – Aquacultured (Blue Video Inside!)

The Death Row Convict Chalice is not only considered one of the hottest Chalice, but Aquacultured LPS Corals overall! The Death Row Convict is highly desired by collector’s and make for a stunning addition to any collection. Similar to the traditional Convict in its pattern, the Death Row has a yellowish-green base with stripes of dark red! Also blotches of bright aqua can appear throughout this Chalice randomly as it grows (see group photo)! This Echinophyllia Chalice will encrust down onto the frag plug or rock work it is placed on, and grow outward.

The Death Row Convict Chalice is known for taking the classic green Convict Chalice to the next level, especially when viewing it under bright actinic lighting! Chalice get the majority of their nutrients from their photosynthetic zooxanthellae, benefiting from low to moderate lighting and flow. However, occasional spot feeding of finer reef foods such as various supplemental powders, zooplankton, and phytoplankton will only help to propel its growth and coloration!
