WYSIWYG Yuma Mushroom Coral (4″)

You are buying the exact coral in the photo. This is a 4″ Yuma Mushroom. Under blue spectrum reef lighting the whole disc is packed with rounded bubble tips in yellow and lime green, each with a teal center. The base glows neon green between them, and the longer tentacles around the edge fade from green to teal blue. Conditioned in our Key West systems and photographed in our showroom.

About Ricordea Yuma (Ricordea yuma)

Ricordea yuma is a mushroom coral covered in rounded bubble-like tips instead of a flat disc. It is one of the most wanted mushrooms in the hobby. At 4 inches, this one is a full, mature polyp with a dense carpet of tips from the center out to the rim.

Care Guide

Easy to moderate care. Yumas reward lower light and stable water with full inflation and richer color.

Lighting: Low to Medium — PAR 50–150. Too much light can shrink the bubbles and fade the color.
Flow: Low — gentle flow keeps it open and inflated.
Placement: Sandbed or shaded lower rock.
Feeding: Low — it lives mostly on light, and will take small meaty foods placed on its mouth.
Aggression: Peaceful, but keep it a few inches away from other corals so it can spread.
Water Parameters: Temp 76–78°F, salinity 1.025–1.026, Alk 8–9 dKH, Ca 420–440, Mg 1300–1400. Stability matters more than exact numbers.
